The Utah employment contract details the anticipated services an incoming employee will provide. Compensation and benefits will be based on the employee’s position. When both parties come to an understanding and agreement of their business endeavor, then employment can begin.

Independent Contractor Agreement – Temporarily hired by a client for services needed from an independent contractor.

Non-Disclosure Agreement – Enables an individual or employer to ensure the information they are providing will remain confidential.
Subcontractor Agreement – Brings on a subcontractor to assist an independent contractor with minor details on their project.
