The West Virginia employment contract recognizes and establishes a new business relationship between an employer and its employee. If the employment is longterm then other benefits can be discussed and implemented in the agreement. The employer can administer non-disclosure and/ or non-competes in order to protect the company’s trade secrets and livelihood. Once both parties come to an agreement and sign, employment can begin.

Non-Compete Agreement – Imposed restrictions brought on by an employer to ensure the employee does not operate with its competitors.
Non-Disclosure Agreement – Maintains discretion and does not allow confidential information to be discussed with any outsiders.
Subcontractor Agreement – Issued by an independent contractor for assistance on a minor part of an even bigger project.
