The New Hampshire employment contract recognizes and establishes a new employee with an employer. If it is longterm employment, the contract would also entail the benefits provided. The employer has the right to require NDA’s in order to protect the firm’s validity. Once all terms are considered and agreed upon, then the hiree can begin.
