The New Hampshire independent contractor agreement is a document that is used to outline the agreed terms between an independent contractor and a client in regard to the completion of a particular project. Having a written agreement ensures that both parties have a record of the arrangement and that the other individual will uphold their side of the bargain. The contract must describe the services that the contractor is hired to perform and the amount of remuneration they will receive when the work is done. Furthermore, the client should specify whether they will cover any expenses and whether the agreement can be terminated before its completion. Both parties must sign the contract in order for it to be considered legally valid.
