The North Dakota employment contract legally binds an employee with their new employer. The agreement is a detailed outline of the position and role and its expectations. In return, the employer will exchange the agreed-upon payment, as well as benefits. Depending on the position the employee may receive more incentives such as company equity, PTO, health insurance, etc. When terms are met and finalized, the employee can begin working.
