The North Carolina employment contract describes the services anticipated from a new hiree. Payment will be rendered in exchange for the services. The wage (hourly/salary) would be based on the type of position applied for. In order to protect the company’s trade secrets and affiliates, the employer has the right to involve NDA’s be signed. If the employee agrees to the terms then the contract will be signed and binding.
