The Montana employment contract is drafted in order to establish the terms of an agreement between an employer and employee. The agreement will detail not only the position but the pay as well as benefits the employee will receive after a certain amount of time. The benefits would include paid time off, holidays, health insurance, company equity, etc. Once both parties recognize and accept each other’s terms then employment will begin.
