The Florida independent contractor agreement outlines the transaction of services offered by a contractor who has been hired to perform a specific duty in exchange for compensation. The hiring client will be able to specify the work they require in addition to the contractor’s salary, duties, permitted expenses (gas, meals, permits, etc.) and any other provisions the client wishes to include. Once completed, the document will serve as a record of the contractor’s compliance with the terms and can be referenced upon a dispute between the parties.
