The caregiver agreement allows the hiring of an individual to take care of someone else for an extended period of time. It is not unusual for the caregiver to reside with the patient they are taking care of (known as a ‘live-in’ caregiver). Caregivers are commonly family members or close friends with the patient and do not require the individual to be a licensed nurse. Babysitting Agreement – To be used for a babysitter write the house rules, compensation, and any other details for watching another’s children.
Nanny Contract – For a nanny that is to take care of a child on a recurring basis and commonly involves transporting, feeding, and the general day-to-day care of the child.
