The Indiana employment contract signifies the employment of a new hire. The employee will recognize all the duties expected for the hired position. Compensation will be based on position, as well as benefits (i.e. PTO, holidays, sick days, bonus, etc.). The employer may prevent the exchange of trade secrets or any business information by having the employee sign any form of non-competes. Once finalized and signed, employment can begin.
