The Indiana subcontractor agreement concretely establishes the type of work a subcontractor will bring forth. Typically used between a contractor and subcontractor, the work can either be a product or services rendered on the contractor’s behalf. Because the subcontractor is a 1099-employee, all inquiries will go to the hiring contractor and not the client at hand.  Once completed, the contractor will issue payment for services provided.
