The Florida employment contract details the position an employee will be filling in the company. The agreement will go in-depth with the benefits the employee with receive, such as health insurance, 401k, retirement plan, etc. The employee might also be subject to signing an NDA and/ or non compete agreements. Once both parties agree to the terms, the contract will be signed and employment can commence.

Independent Contractor Agreement – Recognizes an individual or company for services provided in exchange for payment.
Non-Compete Agreement – An in-depth contract declaring the employee’s rights in regards to working in the same trade as the previous employer.
Non-Disclosure Agreement – Prohibits the employee from discussing any trade secrets or confidential information gained while working under the employer.
Subcontractor Agreement – A contract for services provided between an independent contractor and subcontractor.
