The Wyoming independent contractor agreement is a legal document that aims to establish a business relationship between a client and an independent contractor. An independent contractor, unlike an employee, is hired temporarily to perform a specific job/task for a client in exchange for financial compensation. After the term of the agreement has expires, the contractor will have no business relationship with the client. The independent contractor agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, and includes provisions pertaining to the contractor’s status, a list of services to be completed, the amount of compensation to be awarded, the time-frame in which the contractor must work, and other key elements of an independent contractor-client relationship.
