The Wyoming employment contract aims to establish a new business relationship between the employer and employee. Based on the longevity of the position, the agreement will state the position as well as any other benefits (healthcare, holidays, 401k, etc.) that come with the job. Non-disclosure agreements can also be involved in order to safe keep employers confidentiality. Once the contract is binding, employment will begin.

Non-Compete Agreement – Restricts an employee’s capability of competing against the employer during or after employment.

Subcontractor Agreement – Merges an independent contractor with a subcontractor in order to complete a minor task on a big project.
