The Wyomingsubcontractor agreement contractually binds a subcontractor to execute a task on behalf of a contractor. The subcontractor will either provide a service or product in order to complete the ongoing assignment. The agreement will serve as a reference in regards to payment, duties, liabilities, due dates, etc. As the subcontractor is a 1099-employee working under the contractor, all inquiries are to go to the hiring contractor and not the client.

State Definition (§ 39-16-301(vi)) – “Subcontractor” means any person who agrees with another contractor to perform any part of that contractor’s obligation for furnishing services or furnishing materials and services for the construction, alteration, improvement or repair of real property in this state
