The Washington subcontractor agreement outlines the working relationship between a subcontractor (the hired party) and a contractor (the hiring party). The agreement defines the nature of the work or products needed in order to complete the ongoing project the contractor has with their own client. Because the subcontractor is a 1099-employee working under the hiring contractor, all payments, inquiries, or complaints will go directly to the contractor.
