The subcontractor agreement outlines the responsibilities and rights of a subcontractor hired to provide goods and services needed to assist a contractor with an existing project. The subcontractor is to report to the hiring contractor who will ensure all obligations (duties, compensation, payment, etc.) is complete.  It is through a subcontractor agreement that the two parties will detail the nature of their business relationship.
