The Utah subcontractor agreement defines the responsibilities and rights of the hired subcontractor to provide services or goods needed in order to assist with a continuing project. The hiring contractor is to detail the manner in which the subcontractor will be compensated as well as all materials, labor, and equipment. The subcontractor is to submit all inquiries to the primary contractor and not the client at hand.
