The Pennsylvania subcontractor agreement outlines the terms by which the subcontractor must operate. The subcontractor will assist with any work pertaining to their own expertise on behalf of the hiring contractor. Because the subcontractor is a 1099-employee, all compensation and inquiries will be to the hiring contractor and not the client. Payments will be as agreed upon.
