The subcontractor agreement is a legal form used for the hiring of a subcontractor by the primary contractor of a work site. The subcontractor is brought on as a 1099-employee basis, as a result, all inquiries are for the hiring contractor only. Once the job is complete the primary contractor is to provide payment.
