The New Hampshire subcontractor agreement is an accord between both contractor and subcontractor. Brought on by the primary contractor, the subcontractor is to assist with any services or products needed for the project. Because a subcontractor is a 1099-employee, it is the hiring contractor’s sole duty to provide compensation to the subcontractor once the job is complete.
