The Mississippi subcontractor agreement solidifies the union between a contractor and subcontractor. Used when the contractor needs assistance on a job. The subcontractor can either provide its services or with a product needed. Also known as a 1099-employee, the subcontractor is to seek their payment through the hiring contractor and not the client when finished.
