The Missouri subcontractor agreement is a binding agreement used for solidifying the terms discussed for hire. Normally between a contractor and subcontractor, the contract details the kinds of services or products the subcontractor will provide. Recognized as a 1099-employee the working relationship is only between the contractor and subcontractor, not the client at hand.
