The Colorado subcontractor agreement specifies the kind of service or product a subcontractor will provide. Typically brought on board to assist with the minor completion of an even bigger project. Considered to be on a 1099-employee basis, the agreement is solely between the independent contractor or firm and subcontractor. Therefore, all compensation is to be provided by the independent contractor or entity.
