The Ohio employment contract unites an employee with a firm to an agreement for services performed in exchange for payment. Depending on the position the wage will be based on hourly or salary. If it is a longterm position the employee may be subject to bonuses such as healthcare, 401k, company equity, etc. To prevent any wrongdoing towards the company, the employer has the legal capacity to issue any preventative measure (NDA’s or Non-competes). Once an agreement is reached the document will be signed and employment will begin.
