The New York employment contract acknowledges an employee and the work they will bring to an organization. In return for their services, the contract would outline the wage, benefits, and bonuses that come with the standing. The income will be set as an hourly or salaried position based on the work provided. Once parties acknowledge and come to terms with each other, employment can commence.

Independent Contractor Agreement – An in-depth description of the services a contractor will provide in exchange for payment.

Subcontractor Agreement – Drafted by an independent contractor to bring on another contractor for a smaller yet significant portion of a plan.
