The real estate non-disclosure agreement is to be used for any commercial or residential property to safeguard confidential information about the property, its tenant(s), or the owner. This agreement is commonly required to be authorized by the tenant/buyer before any of the owner’s information may be transferred. Types

Tenant / Lessee – For use when the landlord agrees to give information about the property in confidence with the hope of a lease agreement.
