A mutual non-disclosure agreement prohibits the misuse and wrongful disclosure of confidential information shared between two (2) parties. Information deemed confidential can include manufacturing techniques, business plans, customer lists, drawings, schematics, and any other proprietary information intended to be withheld from public knowledge. Failure to maintain confidentiality constitutes a breach of the agreement and may result in legal action against the disclosing party.
