The Kansas employment contract regards new employment within an organization. The agreement will emphasize not only the position but the income (hourly/salary) as well. Depending on the duration of the position, benefits would also be recognized. The employer has the right to implement any non-disclosure agreements in order to protect its firm. Once both parties agree to the specificity of the union, employment can begin.
