The Colorado independent contractor agreement is a legal instrument which sets forth a client’s terms and conditions for hire to be imposed on an independent contractor. The document allows the client to define the services they require, the payment to be received in return for services rendered, and other provisions dictating how the position shall be managed. Additionally, the contract mentions stipulations which prohibit the contractor from misusing the client’s proprietary or confidential information.
