The Iowa employment contract establishes the position taken on by a new hire. The agreement is a written outline of what is expected as well as details the type of paid position for the job. Benefits such as 401k, health insurance, company stake, bonus, etc. would also be implemented. The employee may be subject to signing a non-disclosure agreement as well. Once finalized, the document will be signed then employment will commence.
