The Maine subcontractor agreement details the kind of services or product a subcontractor is providing while assisting the hiring contractor.  Commonly in construction, the subcontractor is on a 1099- employee basis and is to solely report to the hiring contractor regarding any inquiries. Once the service is complete, the contractor will provide payment.
