The subcontractor agreement declares the union between contractor and subcontractor. The subcontractor is a 1099-employee who is assisting the hiring contractor or entity with a massive project. The document details all the services, liabilities and responsibilities at play as well as payment that will be rendered once the job is complete. Once the subcontractor completes its duty, the contractor will provide payment for their service.
