The Connecticut subcontractor agreement outlines the services or products needed in order to complete the task in an existing agreement. Considered as a 1099-employee, the subcontractor is to only report to the hiring contractor and does not maintain any relationship with the client at hand. Once the subcontractor completes its duties, he or she will be compensated for the services rendered.
