The Kentucky independent contractor agreement is used when establishing provisions for work to be completed by an independent contractor. The party requesting the contractor’s services (a.k.a., the “client”) will use the agreement to define the services they require and the terms associated with the job on offer. Operating terms will vary depending on the job, and the document should be completed to include the effective agreement date, the contractor’s payment and expenses, dispute resolution and termination procedures, and any other stipulation the client might wish to add.
