The Arizona independent contractor agreement is intended to bind an independent contractor to the operating terms established by a client. Contractors that enter into an agreement with a client acknowledge their compliance with the client’s wishes and, as a result, will be obligated to fulfill their duties before achieving the compensation for the services performed. Compensation will usually be provided in the form of a single money payment, though certain contractors may require an hourly wage (e.g., attorney).
